Our professional team is headed by Stanley Shneider, who is a Registered Migration Agent ( Migration Agents Registration Number 0322881 ) and a full Member of the Migration Institute of Australia ( Membership Number 1904 ). In many matters we work in conjunction with Jiang (Eddy) Liu, an admitted lawyer and a Registered Migration Agent (Migration Agents Registration Number 0428586). He is an Australian citizen of Chinese origin and speaks fluent Mandarin. Heading the Research and Language Department is Elzbieta Matsushita, who came to Australia under a Prospective Marriage visa and is now an Australian citizen. She speaks Polish, Japanese, Spanish and English. Hi-Care Migration Services also has an independent non-executive Director who would investigate any complaints about our service. He is Harold Fraser, an experienced political, sporting and business administrator. We are bound by, and strictly adhere to, the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents.
